About Bootcamp

We have two BootCamp programs!
Program 1: BootCamp 4 weeks of fun, but hardcore workout to get in shape as you want to be.
Program 2: Biggest Winner BootCamp: A slow start of getting yourself into steady, healthy weight loss for 6 weeks instead of 4 weeks.

What is it?

Work It Out Womens Fitness BootCamp is a 4 week program of fitness instruction, nutritional education, and team motivation. Exercises include agility and power drills, plyometrics, calisthenics, short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training, weight training, jump roping, crunches, obstacle courses, PAR courses, hill running/walking, hiking, some special surprises and much more! Open to men as well as women!

What if I am so overweight or out of shape I can't keep up?

Not to worry, we offer the alternative Biggest Winner BootCamp. It is a 6 week slow start BootCamp which really focuses on healthy weight-loss.

What are the Benefits of BootCamp?
  • Four or six weeks of fun, energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.
  • Loss of inches and a firmer body.
  • Encouragement and motivation in a team environment.
  • Significant improvements in your physical stamina, strength and self- confidence.
  • Daily nutrition counseling.
Where is it?

We will be training at several different locations. We will provide a schedule with the “when and where to meet" at the orientation.

When is it?

Sessions are 1 hour unless otherwise stated
All bootcampers need a set of 5lb weights and a yoga mat. (You may use a towel if you want.) Biggest Winner participants may also bring walking poles.
