Live Fit Forever*

Have you actually considered lapband or gastric bypass surgery? Before you take that drastic step, consider a program which will teach you how to eat healthy without dieting and deprivation. You will also learn how to exercise and get back to being healthy and feeling great!

This program is designed specifically for women who are 30 lbs or more overweight. We have combined personal training and nutrition counseling into a package in which you commit to only 4 weeks at a time.

Live fit forever includes:

  • 2 one hour personal training sessions each week (8 per month)
  • 1 nutrition counseling session each week (4 per month) These may be group or individual.
  • Trainer will monitor nutrition daily and make recommendations for workouts on non-training days.

For those who are ambitious, a more intense program can be customized.
