Boot Camp will get you out of a workout rut!

What is it?

Work It Out Women’s Fitness Boot Camp is a four-week program of fitness instruction, nutritional education, and team motivation. Exercises include: agility and power drills, calisthenics, short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training, weight training, jump roping, crunches, obstacle courses, PAR courses, hill running/walking, hiking, surprises and much more!!! Open to MEN, too!

What if I am so overweight or out of shape I can't keep up?

Not to worry...we also offer Biggest Winner Boot camp.  It is a 6-week slow start boot camp which really focuses on healthy weight-loss.

What are the Benefits of Boot Camp?

Where is it?

We will be training at several different locations. We will provide a schedule with the “when and where” to meet at the orientation.
