Live Fit Forever
This program is designed specifically for women who
are 50 lbs or more overweight. The program is broken down into 4
week increments. You can be in the program for as long as you
like. You will get 2 one hour personal training sessions each week
(8 per month) plus a one hour group nutrition counseling session (4 per
month.) Workout sessions on non-training days will be customized
for each individual. Total nutrition program with on-going support
is included.

As with any exercise program, Live Fit Forever
participants are advised to consult their physician before beginning the
program.

Why do I need personal training?
There are many reasons. If you are new to working out in a gym
environment, the equipment may be foreign to you. It is important to use the
equipment properly if you are going to get optimum results from your workouts,
as well as to prevent injuries. Most injuries occur when the equipment is not
used properly.
What if I already know how to use the equipment?
Just
knowing how to use the equipment is not always sufficient
for reaching your goals. A personal trainer will find out what your goals are
and help you put together a program that will help you achieve those goals.
This can involve everything from your eating habits to your cardio workout to
your strength training. Getting fit, and doing it as efficiently as possible,
is what we all strive for.
A
person can come in and work out every day, but if they are
doing the wrong workout, or not using the equipment properly, they will not
achieve their goals. If you are eating too few, or too many calories, you will
not reach your goals. Many people think they are eating really healthy until

things at the wrong time and completely sabotaging their program. A personal
